They were timely and got me in when I was scheduled. The staff members were all very friendly and accommodating for me and my two children that had to accompany me to my appointment. I wasn’t made to feel a nuisance for having to bring my children, instead everyone was very understanding, welcoming, and even engaging with them. Dr. Wendling was very personable and kind. The staff gave my children toothbrushes and little stuffed animals even though they weren’t being seen and it was very heart warming. Absolutely amazing! My child had to get expanders today and everyone from the front desk staff to the assistant and orthodontist were absolutely amazing, patient, kind and caring. She was struggling and very nervous and they were so wonderful!

This office has the BEST customer service! My son had his braces removed and needed a return visit the next day, unfortunately I was headed out the country and couldn’t make it in to pick up my son’s retainers, the office went out of their way to drop them off to him at school. We had our first experience with ortho today. We were anxious about the appt but the staff was incredible. Everyone was genuinely happy and full of joy. I caught myself being sad to leave haha Dr Perry was awesome . They walked us thru every step of the process and spent ample time ensuring my questions were answered.
