What payment options are available at Wendling Orthodontics?
We offer very flexible payment options to make treatment affordable. Monthly payments can be as low as $150, with down payments as low as $500-$1,000. We provide interest-free payment plans to qualified patients and accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). We also work with financing partners including CareCredit, LendingClub, and Sunbit. HSA and FSA funds can be used for orthodontic treatment. Most insurance plans provide orthodontic benefits even if we’re not in-network.
At what age should my child first see an orthodontist?
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that all children be seen for the first time by age 7. As a general guideline, we like to evaluate young patients after the front permanent teeth just start to appear, usually between ages 6 and 8. Early evaluation allows us to identify potential problems and determine the optimal time to begin treatment if needed. Not every child requires early intervention, but the consultation helps us monitor growth and development to achieve the best possible results.
